The marina rests at the mouth of historic First Creek where the treaty of the Holston was signed and is very near the spot where James White landed to found James White Fort in 1791 which later became the city of Knoxville, Tennessee. The marina provides a festive and enjoyable upscale atmosphere that caters to the individual wants and desires of every customer. Spend a day enjoying a houseboat, pontoon boat, water beetle, or an aquacycle, all available for rent. All marina watercraft, including paddleboats and aqua-cycles, are available for hourly, daily and weekly rental. The marina offers 140 covered slips with complete hookups and transient slips.
